These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," "you") and xc999 ("xc999," "we," "us," "the Platform"). You must not use your xc999 account for any commercial purpose, business venture, or on behalf of any third party. All betting and gaming activity must be conducted on a personal, recreational basis.
xc999 is committed to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud. In furtherance of these obligations, xc999 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme and may at any time request that you provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the xc999 account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. xc999 reserves the right to return deposits made by third-party payment methods and may close the account.
xc999 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. xc999 is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
Where a deposit is processed via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan, or Bank Alfalah), it may take up to 60 minutes to reflect in your xc999 account balance during business hours. Delays caused by banking infrastructure are outside xc999's control.
Players may request withdrawals of available (non-bonus) funds at any time, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any ongoing investigation. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xc999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the xc999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
xc999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total funds held in the Player's xc999 account at the time the claim arises. xc999 is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, payment processor outages, or acts of government.
